🥛 Ingredients
(For about 15 pieces)
- Milk powder – 1 cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Ghee – 3 tablespoons
- Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (for garnishing) – a little

Prepare the pan:
Take a heavy-bottomed pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, and heat it on medium flame. -
Milk mixture:
Pour the milk into the pan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, slowly add the milk powder while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. -
Add sugar:
When the milk mixture begins to thicken, add sugar and mix well. -
Add ghee:
As the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes dense, add the remaining ghee. Keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a thick mass. -
Add cardamom and garnish:
Add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. -
Shaping:
Pour the mixture into a greased plate and spread it evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for decoration. -
Cut and serve:
Once slightly cooled, cut into your desired shapes and serve.
- Stir continuously; otherwise, the mixture can easily burn at the bottom.
- You can replace milk powder with condensed milk for a softer and richer taste.
- Adjust the amount of sugar as per your taste

After cooling completely, store in an airtight container. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
